About ShapeMaster

OUR FACILITY
In 1988, after exhaustive industry and market research, we determined that a considerable need existed for a competitive shop service targeting buyers, engineers, inventors, and designers in need of solutions in plastic and other materials for the manufacture of their products.

Following almost two years of extensive preparation, ShapeMaster opened its doors on January 1, 1990 in Champaign, Illinois. In order to better serve our customers, we relocated our facility to Ogden, Illinois in 1994. Since that move, the company has not only grown in size, but it has increased in productivity. Our facility has expanded three times to accommodate new equipment and our clients' tooling. Our latest additions are two cut-sheet thermoformers, which have enhanced our production abilities tremendously.

Our location is ideal for our clients. From inbound raw material to outbound freight, ShapeMaster's proximity to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis makes us the best choice for any customer demanding on-time delivery and the most economical manufacturing costs.

Our work force is made up of a team of people who are willing to go the extra mile and take ownership of and a genuine interest in each project we handle. Our passionate staff understand the value of hard work, and have the foundation of a strong, Midwestern work ethic.

This means that when we commit to something, be it price, quality standards, precision, or issues related to delivery, we will do whatever it takes to get the job done according to the word we have given, even at our own expense. CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
Quite often, we work on highly confidential projects, many that are patent pending. At ShapeMaster, we know how to keep a secret and will not discuss your project outside of our workshop.
