Plastic Condensation Trays, Containment Trays, Drip Trays and Pans

We use the vacuum thermoforming to make condensation, containment trays. We begin with a flat sheet of plastic and form it either into or over a mold. This process stretches and thins the material while creating the Three Dimensional shape. This is why we state the Beginning Gauge of a product. You should expect the part to be strong but somewhat thinner than the beginning gauge stated.
We stock some of these trays and or can do a run of them quickly, in any quantity you need. If our "stock" Condensation trays, Containment trays, or Drip Trays are not perfect for your application, give us a call. We can custom fabricate trays for you!
Our Condensation trays, Containment trays, or Drip Trays care custom and made from chemically resistant plastics and are seal tight. We make trays that are light weight, strong, and self supporting, if needed, and are easily shipped. We can create trays of any size, shape or thickness. We can also add fiberglass reinforcing for strength and heat resistance.
We can make up simple soft tooling for trays to help meet your requirements.
