Chin Spoiler / Radiator Cover for the Suzuki
Boulevard M50
Suzuki Boulevard M50
Handlebar Spacer Blocks
You can only buy this
item from us; we ride M50’s and design parts for them. We manufacture custom M50
accessories, this is the coolest thing you’ll ever see to put on your M50!
The Chin Spoiler replaces the stock Suzuki radiator cover. Everyone knows how
cheap that stock cover is right? Well we designed something that will replace
the junk cover and give your M50 the sleek look you have always wanted. This new
Chin Spoiler is made of ABS molded plastic, has options for two grille finishes.
We offer your choice of silver mesh or black honeycomb. See photos below. The
Spoiler fits right on where your old stock, cheap cover was. All you do is bolt
on the black powder coated custom metal bracket we include and in less than 15
minutes your bike looks hotter than your neighbors and cooler than any other M
on the road. Until they buy one of course!
You can purchase flat black, gloss black painted or wet sanded and ready for the
paint color of your choice. Add flames, decals, or bolt on neat metal items to
make your own statement.
I have personally tested the Chin Spoiler at 105mph on my M and know that it
will handle the rough roads, fast miles and crazy peg dragging stuff I threw at
it.
These are a great price so you can buy two if you want and try different paint
schemes or a flat and gloss
one.
We bond the grilles in place so all you do is slip the old cover off, bolt on
our bracket and mount the Spoiler. Air flow is great and I have had no problems
with over heating or getting too hot as the electric fan only kicks on when
called upon and at highway speeds, slow town turns and running around it doesn’t
have a problem.
This unit fits to the curve of your bike and gives a little attitude up front.
You can drill holes in it, use John’s forward controls, the OEM Suzuki Boulevard
brand engine guards are featured in a couple photos I included because I just
mounted my guards and wanted to show you how it looks. I like it with or without
engine guards but to be honest the chrome up front does look nice. It appears
that the Cobra engine guards will not require notching but the Suzuki and
perhaps a few other brands may. Not a problem. This Spoiler is made out of a
very easy to work with plastic.
Painted with a great UV protected paint too! You can order them without the
grilles bonded in so you can paint the Spoiler the color of your choice and then
bond them in, we supply a packet of silicone for bonding.
If you purchased a Chin Spoiler from Low and Mean or Scootworks for another
brand or model (can’t find one for the M50, no one ever made one) you will pay
nearly double what I am charging. I love the M50 and want to help out my riding
buddies around the world.
