8″ PTFE Evaporation Dish w/ NO SPOUT, 3″ Deep  (SM8ED3)

This Teflon (PTFE) dipper device is used to aid in the etching process for silicon disks up to 8″ in diameter. The dimensions of the Evaporation Dish are 8.50″ x 3.25″ OD and 8.00″ x 3.00″ ID   A lid is available for this Evaporation Dish (sold separately).  The Lid (SM8ED4) dimensions are 9.00″ x 1.00″ OD and 8.5″ x .75″ ID.
