How We Work
From vacuum forming, drape forming, and pressure forming to CNC machining and custom fabrication, we take pride in our ability to take your project from conceptual design to completion including 2D or 3D drawings, materials research, custom tooling, prototyping, replication of existing parts, and custom package design – all within our facility to maximize the return on your investment. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions that support their goals, and in most cases, their expectations.
From Concept to Fabrication
The best ideas often start from a drawing on a napkin. ShapeMaster can take your simple sketch to reality by delivering a 2D or 3D rendering of the project you are envisioning. When it comes to reproducing parts or components, we invite you to put our reverse engineering capabilities to the test.
By utilizing various types of computer-aided design (CAD) technology, we are able to manufacture prototypes and production pieces with paramount precision. SolidWorks, a software most commonly used for 3D solid modeling, enables us to view your project from a wide range of perspectives to identify any potential weak points in design. This technology is extremely beneficial when recreating existing components or refining products during the prototype testing phase prior to mass production.
Once the prototype and/or drawings are approved, we proceed to production where our fabrication capabilities are virtually endless. We are proud to be listed as a Corzan® CPVC Key Industrial Fabricator stocking a broad selection of sheet material, welding rod, extruded PVC tubing, and standard PVC duct fittings. Using state of the art welding equipment, our DVS Certified welders are held to the highest standards to ensure delivery of quality products.
ShapeMaster’s services don’t stop at production. Should your project require assembly of multiple parts into larger or more complex finished products, ShapeMaster is your solution. From bonding, riveting, bolting or screwing components together to applications featuring double-sided foam or tapes, painting or decorating, let us tackle the tough stuff and prepare your project for its’ intended use. We have discovered over the years that there is no limit to our assembly abilities!
Onsite Installation and Repairs
ShapeMaster field technicians maintain the technical knowledge, competence, and training needed for the toughest installations or repairs. In addition, our employees attend regular safety training courses and put their experiences into practice daily. Whether you have a leaking tank, a pump out of service, or a cracked exhaust hood, let our technicians extend the life of your equipment while reducing down time at your facility.
